Welcome to PilotCompassTest.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online pilot aptitude test preparation software, services, and content. By registering, purchasing, or using this platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use PilotCompassTest.com for your personal, non-commercial training and preparation for pilot assessment exams. Sharing accounts, distributing practice questions, or reverse-engineering our simulator scripts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

2. Plan Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain activities and premium features requires the purchase of a preparation plan (Personality Test, Trainee, First Officer, Captain, or Enterprise suite). Payments in Nepal are accepted via local options (such as eSewa). Subscription durations (e.g., 30 days, 90 days) begin immediately upon transaction approval. All subscription renewals are manual.

3. Refund Policy

Given the digital nature of our preparation software and instant access to practice tests upon activation, all sales are final. Refunds are not granted for change of mind or test cancellation by the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) or hiring airlines. If you encounter a technical issue that prevents access, contact our support team to resolve the issue or receive a complimentary subscription extension.

4. Independent Preparation Platform

PilotCompassTest.com is an independent preparation resource designed to help candidates train their cognitive skills, flight coordination, memory, and spatial reasoning. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN), any local airline (such as Nepal Airlines, Yeti Airlines, Buddha Air), or flying schools. Success on our platform does not guarantee passing the official CAAN or airline assessments.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Our simulator activities and aptitude questions are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or match the exact question sets of official examinations. In no event shall PilotCompassTest.com or its team be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
